"I ordered from TIEM and, to be honest..."
I ordered from TIEM and, to be honest, I figured it would take the usual amount of time most online orders do. But I got the shipping email quickly, and the package ended up arriving earlier than the estimated date, which was a nice surprise.
Everything was packed properly and showed up in good shape, which is really all you can ask for. Common sense says fast shipping and no issues with the order is a win, so I’d definitely order from them again.

"Not what they promised"
I was disappointed with this. They made it sound like the material would hold up well, but after just a few washes the fabric already started wearing out. It feels kind of cheap, and definitely not as durable as promised.

"Comfortable for everyday wear, but instructions could be clearer"
I’ve been wearing these for daily use and they’re really comfortable. I had them on for a full day and my feet didn’t feel tired at all. The fit is good too, though they felt just a little snug at first. My only small thing is that I expected clearer instructions or guidance, especially for breaking them in or sizing, but overall I’m happy with them

"Hard to justify for the price"
The gear looks decent, but i was expecting a bit more for what I paid. Once shipping got added in, the total felt steep. I’ve bought similar athletic stuff from other brands for less, and the quality felt about the same, so this just didn’t really feel worth it to me. Not terrible, just not something I’d rush to buy again

"Works with my Peloton, with a small caveat"
I got this to use with my Peloton, and for the most part it does the job. It clips in okay, though it doesn’t feel quite as smooth or secure as I was hoping. For my rides, it’s usable, but I’d say it’s more of a decent backup than something I’m totally excited about.

"Honestly, their style is really good"
I checked out Tiem mostly because I liked the look of their shoes, and yeah, I’m totally calm and normal about how clean they look. The colors are simple but still feel a little different from the usual gym brands, which I really like. The site was easy to browse too, so that helped. Overall, everything just feels neat, sporty, and not too flashy.

The cleats went on okay, though I’ll admit it probably took me longer than it should have because I’m not the most patient with setup stuff. Lining everything up was a little fiddly, and the screws felt kind of stiff at first. Could’ve been me rushing a bit too. I got them installed in the end and they seem to work fine, I just wish the whole process had been a little smoother.

"Pretty helpful customer service, honestly"
I wasn’t really expecting much when I reached out about sizing, but support got back to me faster than I thought they would. They were nice about it and explained things in a way that actually made sense, without making me feel silly for asking. My order issue ended up getting fixed the same day too, so I guess I can’t really complain. Overall, they handled it well

These shoes feel really solid on the pedals and they don’t slide around like my old ones did. I took them out for a ride to break them in a bit, and after that they felt Great. definitely made pedaling feel better.

"Really comfy for walking around"
Got my pair from TIEM and I’ve mostly just been wearing them for everyday walks. They felt good right out the box, not stiff or weird or anything.
I walk around the neighborhood a lot and my feet haven’t been getting sore after, which is kinda the main thing for me. Shipping was fine too, no issues there. Happy with them.

"Oh, so arch support was possible after all"
I’ve been wearing these and, shockingly, my feet don’t hurt nearly as much anymore. Apparently all I needed was actual arch support, which you’d think wouldn’t be such a rare luxury, but here we are

"The shoes fit okay, but my feet..."
The shoes fit okay, but my feet started getting hot quickly once I was working out. They’re fine for short wear, but not great for longer sessions. I also felt like when I brought it up, nobody really took ownership or offered a helpful answer, which was frustrating.

ordering was easy enough and the quality seems decent, but the cleat compatibility threw me off a bit. they fit one pair of my cycling shoes just fine, but not the other, so i ended up messing around with them more than i expected. not a bad product, just definitely double-check before you buy.

"Still going strong, surprisingly enough"
I’ve been wearing these shoes for a while now they’re still holding up great. No weird peeling, no busted seams, no random sole issues, which is more than I can say for plenty of other shoes I’ve bought. They’re tough, comfortable enough, and so far I’ve got zero complaints
